The Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and the Institute of Internal Communication has just launched their 2019 research report, a joint effort to explore “Measurement and ROI on Internal Communication”, which presents a framework, offering advice and solutions for practitioners to enhance how we measure and enable best practices in internal communication.

Using a systematic review method, scholars analyzed the current body of work to identify themes and look at the possible future state, highlighting some of the priorities to consider for best practices: the report suggests what PR practitioners should focus on to better address measurement in communication.
