Spring Symposium

As well as holding an annual congress each year Euprera also runs a Spring Symposium, a smaller event often devoted to a single theme. For the last three years, the EuroBlog project has provided the focus for the Symposium, with project findings being presented in Stuttgart (2006), Gent (2007) and Brussels (2008).

The 2008 Spring Symposium (www.euroblog2008.org, March-13-15) brought together academics from Europe, the USA and elsewhere to discuss presentations looking at Social media and the future of PR: New ideas, new research, new business.

The 2009 Spring Symposium took place in Berlin (April 3-4) and focused on new projects presented by Euprera members. A special session was dedicated to PR Education (BA & MA) in Europe.

The 2010 Spring Symposium took place in Ghent (February 25-27). For more details visit the symposium website www.eupreraspringsymposium.org or contact Anne-Marie Cotton Anne-Marie.Cotton@arteveldehs.be.
