European Communication Monitor 2013 survey launched - 28.02.2013
Largest international poll on communications trends
March 1, 2013 – Today, the European Public Relations Education and Research Association (EUPRERA) is launching the largest international poll on strategic communications in the world. Communication professionals across Europe are invited to participate in the survey, which is available at www.communicationmonitor.eu until the end of March.
This well-known representative survey is conducted by 11 renowned universities in cooperation with the European Association of Communication Directors (EACD) and is sponsored by Ketchum, one of the leading communication consultancies in Europe and worldwide.
The European Communication Monitor 2013 will focus on the current challenges and future trends for the profession: What are the main challenges of international communication? Which crisis situations do European professionals encounter and which communication strategies are mostly used? Do professionals experience differences in communicating with different generations such as digital natives? How important is CEO reputation for the overall success?
Participants will be able to answer these and many other questions and share their experiences to build a concise picture of the growing disci-pline. Every participant will receive a full report of the results and be entered in a prize draw for 5 stylish Sony MDR-NC40 noise cancelling headphones – the ideal gadget for business travellers.
With more than 2,200 participants from 42 countries in the 2012 edition, the annual European Communication Monitor is the largest empirical survey in communication management and public relations worldwide. The study is undertaken for scientific purposes. Participants will remain anonymous and the data will be reviewed by the academic research team. Results will be presented at the European Communication Summit in Brussels on June 27 and 28 in addition to other conferences and in publications throughout the world.
