Keynote speech by Roger Bolton, President of Arthur W. Page Society - 15.12.2014
At the Euprera annual congress in Oslo, October 1-3

Our next annual congress will take place in Oslo, Norway, on October 1-3, on the theme "The Management Game of Communication: How PR/Corporate Communication Supports Organizations and What Communicators Can Learn from Management Disciplines". The congress will welcome the keenote speech by Roger Bolton, the president of the Arthur W. Page Society, the premier professional association for senior corporate communications executives. He is also a trustee and a past chairman of the Page Society.

Previously, he served as senior vice president of communications at Aetna, a leading provider of health care benefits.  Before Aetna, Bolton was IBM’s head of global media relations and head of communications for the IBM server and software groups.

Prior to his business career, Bolton served as assistant secretary of the U.S. Treasury for public affairs under President George H.W. Bush, special assistant to President Reagan in the White House, and assistant U.S. trade representative for public affairs in the Executive Office of the President under President Reagan.

Bolton serves on the boards of the Josephson Institute of Ethics, the Yale Center for Faith & Culture, the Elon University School of Communications, the Arthur W. Page Center for Integrity in Public Communication at Penn State University, the Baruch College MA in Corporate Communication Program and the Ethisphere Institute.
