The General Assembly elects an Board of Directors of five, to include:
- a president for a two-year term
- either a president elect or a past president for one year (alternative years)
- a public relations and administration director
- two executive directors
This board will mandate project leaders to lead projects and co-opt other members, as needed, to bring the mission to life and further the objectives of the organisation. Project leaders report progress to the Board and the General Assembly.
