The General Assembly takes place twice a year: once before June 30 to approve the balance of the previous year and once in conjunction with the annual congress in autumn.
EUPRERA members will receive the invitation via email one month before the assembly date, including instructions to give a proxy in case of absence.
The Virtual General Assembly (VGA) uses a web-based system, which will be open for 15 days. Formally the last day when the system is open will be registered as the date of the Assembly. There will be motions for resolutions only, because in principle all key decisions such as BoD elections will be kept for the autumn Assembly where traditionally more members are present in person and can articulate their points of view.
To join the VGA, members will receive an email with the link to the web-based system and the data to log in. Please note that:
- Only members who have already paid their annual membership fee will receive the link and the data to log in.
- Each institutional member has only one vote: our main contact person will receive the link and the data to log in.
