Business Horizons invites submissions for a special issue that plans to enhance our understanding of negative events in marketing, and how to respond to them. Consistent with the mission of Business Horizons, the magazine is looking for submissions with managerial implications. Ideally, articles from the special issue will prompt readers to think about business practice in new and innovative ways.
