Awards
Five prizes are awarded yearly, with deep attention to setting the criteria and carrying out the judging because we are keenly aware that our winners will say a lot about us as an organisation. Our winners not only promote themselves and their institutions but their work celebrates the excellence and innovation in learning and research that EUPRERA stands for. The awarding ceremonies take place on the occasion of our annual congress.
EUPRERA PhD Award for Excellent Doctoral Thesis
This bi-annual award, chaired by Prof. Dr. Winni Johansen, Prof. Dr. Wim Elving, aims to honour academic excellence in the fields of PR and communication management. More info
EUPRERA Master Thesis Award for Excellence
With this award EUPRERA yearly honours and rewards master theses (MSc, MA and MPhil theses) that make a significant professional-practical or academic contribution to the field of PR in Europe. More info
PR ARENA 6th edition
A EUPRERA international student competition, organised by GWPR Romania and the University of Bucharest,in partnership with the European Broadcasting Union. More info
EUPRERA Best Paper Award
At its annual congress, EUPRERA awards the three papers with the highest rankings in a two-stage, blind peer-review process performed by a Scientific Committee of renowned international scholars. All papers submitted and presented at the congress are eligible.
Emerald Professional Impact Award
At the EUPRERA annual congress, Emerald Group Publishing, Ltd., publisher of Journal of Communication Management, recognizes the best research-based paper that is not only academically sound, but which makes an important and useful contribution to the practice of communication management. All papers submitted and presented at the congress are eligible.
EUPRERA Best Reviewer Award
Since the work of the reviewers is an essential contribution to the quality and the success of the annual congress, EUPRERA awards the individual who has contributed careful, thorough and useful reviews. The winner is selected not only on the basis of the work done, but also considering evaluations expressed by authors.
