BledCom international symposium: register now!
The 25th silver anniversary edition of BledCom, the International Public Relations Research Symposium, will be held on July 5-7, in the marvellous Bled, Slovenia.
The programme on the role of public relations in A World in Crisis is shaping up and this year will include the EUPRERA Past Presidents’ Panel.

BledCom launches EUPRERA Presidents' panel

BledCom is a partner conference of EUPRERA and this year, on the occasion of its 25 jubilee edition, BledCom launches the new EUPRERA Presidents’ panel: a session during which our past presidents will offer their views and stimulate debate.
They will be asked to consider how changing social systems might have made crisis communication more of a challenge because of the erosion of trust, the diminution of collective action and the trend towards putting oneself first. Stay tuned for more updates! Go to BledCom website

BledCom Symposium and its incredible growth – abstracts by Feb. 1
What began in 1994 as an annual gathering of scholars and practitioners in public relations and related disciplines has blossomed into what it is today: a boutique conference celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2018. So far, 8 books and 9 special issues or sections of peer-reviewed journals have been published based on previous symposia.
Abstracts and panel proposals for the Jubilee edition, to be held on July 5-7 in Slovenia on the topic A World in Crisis: The Role of Public Relations, can be submitted until February 1. BledCom is a partner conference of EUPRERA and EUPRERA is proud to have a special session scheduled in this year’s BledCom programme. More info

BledCom 2018: jubilee edition

Theme, dates and venue for the jubilee 25th Symposium BledCom 2018, organized by the University of Ljubljana, have already been finalized to offer more time for participants to plan their abstract submission and travel.
BledCom 2018 will take place on July 6-7, 2018, in the marvellous sorroundings of Bled, Slovenia, on the theme “A World in Crisis: The Role of Public Relations”. Abstract deadline is February 1, 2018. More info / Call for papers 2018

BledCom: a record-breaking the 2017 symposium

The 24th International Public Relations Research Symposium BledCom 2017, organized by the University of Ljubljana, took place on June 30 and July 1 in Bled and was a great success: attended by a record number of more than 140 academics and practitioners from 28 different countries and 5 continents, working together on the topic “CSR in Hypermodern Times”.
