FuturePR international student competition
FuturePR, 2nd edition, 2025, the EUPRERA international student competition organised with ICCO

EUPRERA is proud to announce the launch of the second edition of the FuturePR International Student Competition, organised in collaboration with ICCO!

AIM

The competition aims to bring together students from diverse national and cultural backgrounds, encouraging them to collaborate on addressing critical issues related to the role public relations and communication play in a world of misinformation and polarisation.

FOCUS

The competition focuses on issues related to the Media Education and Information Pledge, challenging students to create PR strategies that promote a sustainable, peaceful, and equitable future. In 2025, the competition will focus on prebunking as a communication strategy.

  • that are EUPRERA institutional members or
  • where EUPRERA individual members teach or
  • where practitioners affiliated with an ICCO member teach.

Students should be at least in their 2nd year of bachelor’s studies. Their study programme should be situated within a broad communication sciences or communication-adjacent field.

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

– EUPRERA: individual members – up to 5 students, institutional members – up to 10 students. If two members from the same faculty/school nominate students, only the first set of students will enter the competition (or a list agreed on by both academics)
