EUPRERA has always, and especially in its first decade of consolidation, given a great importance to the teaching aspects of PR which seems to have remain in the background in the most recent years due to the need to advance a more systematic and theoretical focused research policies.
This group will try to boost the joint reflection of EUPRERA members in all the aspects that might be seen as dealing with educational problems and outcomes in public relations with an special focus on innovative and best educational practices. Its main aim is to share innovative and best educational practices and facilitate effective integration of scientific and educational goals to improve competences for the practice.
This will happen through a stronger and innovative PR/SC education; best practices and education on competences for practice; stronger theoretical frameworks both in communication sciences and applied communications; the improvement of public recognition of the disciplinary / professional field of PR.
