Partner conferences
EUPRERA wants to support its members’ scientific activities which aim to promote knowledge and developments in communication and public relations. This joint effort to promote each other’s values consists of a series of events, called EUPRERA’S Partner Conferences. All the rules to make your event a partner conference are indicated in the bylaws.

The International History of Public Relations Conference is an international gathering of scholars, historians, research students, and interested practitioners dedicated to exploring the historical dimensions of public relations and related communication disciplines. Since its inception in 2010, the conference has become a leading forum for presenting peer-reviewed research, discussing historiographical approaches, and advancing scholarly knowledge on the evolution of public relations in varied organisational, cultural, and theoretical contexts. Each edition brings together contributors from around the world to engage with themes such as the development of PR as a profession, its relationships with other fields, historical methodologies, seminal events and figures, and the changing role of communication practices over time. The event is organised by the Public Relations Research Center of the Faculty of Media & Communication at Bournemouth University and takes place in Bournemouth, United Kingdom every two years.
