New EUPRERA book: Joy – Using Strategic Communication to Improve Well-being and Organizational Success
We’re happy to announce that the latest volume of the EUPRERA series Advances in Public Relations and Communication Management, published by Emerald, has just bee released: it is now available as eBook and will be in bookshops from December on.
Edited by Ana Tkalac Verčič, Ralph Tench and Sabine Einwiller, the book is inspired to the EUPRERA 2019 congress held at the University of Zagreb and collects some of the best contributions under the main topic Joy – Using Strategic Communication to Improve Well-being and Organizational Success.
As stated in the introduction, “The conference call proposed that public relations and strategic communication could be used for cultivating a positive environment. This means commu-nicators could accept that one of the biggest competitive advantages in today’sbusiness world is a positive and engaged public. Satisfied participants are at thecore of any successful relationship. To succeed in the future, public relations have the aim of keeping various stakeholders not only informed, nor evensatisfied, but happy. Whether they are employees, customers or business partners,only happy stakeholders will ensure long-term organizational success”.
From the same congress, a selection of papers has been published in the Journal Communication Management: both the publications – the book and the special issue – are annual initiatives inspired to our scientific congress.
